Rental Requirements & Frequently Asked Questions

You must be at least 25. Our Super Deluxe class requires drivers to be 30 or older.

A valid, unexpired driver's license.

You must either be insured or purchase coverage through us. Roadside assistance is included with insurance coverage.

ID for verification and proof of insurance. We also run a background check before every rental.

By card through Stripe.

A refundable deposit is required on every rental. The amount depends on the vehicle and is confirmed when you book.

Yes. We deliver every vehicle in our fleet anywhere within 25 miles of the Portland, Oregon metro for a flat $120.

Yes. We stage the vehicle in long term parking at Portland International Airport and hand it over remotely, so there is no counter and no waiting.

Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Troutdale, Happy Valley and Vancouver, Washington.

Wherever suits you within our service area. The drop off does not have to be where we delivered it. You can have the car brought to your home and leave it at PDX, or the reverse.

200 miles per day. Additional miles are $1.25 each.

Travel is permitted throughout Oregon and Washington.

Return the vehicle with the fuel level it arrived with. If not, we reimburse the fuel invoice plus a $10 convenience fee.

Tolls and traffic violations are reimbursed by the renter.

Two days.

Same day cancellations are not refunded.
