Our 12-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at $375 per day takes the whole party in one vehicle, delivered to wherever everyone is getting ready. Nobody has to collect it or find parking beforehand.

For a smaller party, the Jeep Wagoneer seats eight at $195 per day and the Cadillac Escalade seats seven at $174.95.

If the venue is outside the city, in wine country, the Gorge, or on the coast, rideshare coverage at the hour a reception ends is unreliable. A 12-seat vehicle running two or three loops between hotel and venue covers a surprising number of guests. It needs a driver who is not drinking, which is usually a family member or a hired driver.

Our 2025 electric Mercedes G-Class at $425 per day is the vehicle most often booked for this. It photographs well and it is unusual enough that people notice it. The Cadillac Escalade at $174.95 is the more traditional choice and does the same job for less.

A full wedding setup, the Sprinter for the party and guests plus the G-Class as the couple's car, is $800 per day across both vehicles, with a two day minimum on each and $120 delivery.

A smaller wedding using the Wagoneer and the Escalade covers both jobs for $369.95 per day.
